Our Process:

1. Discovery Call and/or Intake Form

In this initial step, we focus on understanding your organization’s unique challenges, needs, goals, readiness, and acapacity related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Through a our intake form and/or an in-depth discovery call, we gather insights about your team, existing DEI initiatives, and areas for growth to customize the support we provide.

2. Strategy Call

During this phase, we collaborate with your leadership team to develop a tailored strategy. We present our findings from the discovery phase and propose actionable steps designed to help you achieve meaningful, measurable progress in building a more inclusive and equitable environment.

3. Project Implementation & Evaluation

The final stage involves executing the DEI strategies and continuously evaluating the impact of the initiatives. We work closely with your team to implement programs, facilitate workshops, and guide organizational changes. Throughout this process, we assess outcomes to ensure alignment with your goals and make adjustments as needed to drive lasting improvement.
