They say passion is what you love doing when you have nothing to do, and you don’t necessarily have to be good at it. But Dee Enriquez has also proven this otherwise. She is an effective communicator, using so many mediums to get the message across and one of her fortes, which also happens to be her passion, is photography. Dee may be a recent addition to Equity Institute, but she has worked wonderfully executing a lot of the projects that took the longest time to plan and even those that are most difficult to finish.  

Dee has always been very keen on her work. When they say in any given situation, constant communication is key, she took this to a whole new level with her intentionality and keeping focused communication on top of everyone in Equity Institute and also the partners across the many different projects everyone is working on. She lives in the Philippines and this was never an obstacle in any of her work. She has worked in several industries in the past and has fully taken all the best practices she learned to create her multifaceted plethora of skills. 

Dee took up marketing in college, was also a social media manager on her previous work, also has a background as a financial adviser, digital marketing, and community management. Apart from Dee’s role of communication manager with Equity Institute, she is masterfully taking on prospecting potential businesses for the team and also loves to learn how to effectively take on the SEO industry with all her talents and added knowledge as she takes on this personal challenge.
